About Wild North Outfitters
Wild North Outfitters is a family-owned and operated hunting outfitter located in Madawaska, Ontario. Since 2008, we've welcomed hunters from across Canada, United States and Europe, building lasting friendships through exceptional hunting experiences.
What started as a passion for hunting has grown into a business centered on hard work, honesty, and treating every guest like family.
Our exclusive 415 km² (160 sq. mi.) Bear Management Area borders the northern boundary of Algonquin Provincial Park and is hunted exclusively by our guests. We carefully manage the area throughout the year, beginning our baiting program more than a month before the spring and fall black bear seasons to provide consistent opportunities for success.
While we're best known for our fully guided Ontario black bear hunts, we also offer semi-guided whitetail deer hunts and semi-guided Ontario resident moose hunts in WMU 55A and hold the only outfitter bull moose tag available.
Our goal has never been to simply help someone harvest an animal. We want every hunter to leave with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and a desire to return.
Many of the hunters who first visited us years ago still return today, often bringing their children, family members, and friends. Watching those relationships grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
