Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Wild North Outfitters. We look forward to providing you with an outstanding hunting experience.
Reservations
A hunt is considered reserved only after we have confirmed your booking and received the required deposit.
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure your hunting dates.
Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be communicated during the booking process.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before or upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your hunt, please notify us as soon as possible.
Deposits are generally non-refundable because your hunting dates are reserved exclusively for your party. However, we understand that unexpected situations arise and will review each cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
If we are able to fill your cancelled hunt dates, we may apply your deposit toward a future hunt at our discretion.
Weather and Hunting Success
Hunting success depends on many factors, including weather, animal movement, hunter ability, and natural conditions.
Wild North Outfitters cannot guarantee the harvest of any animal.
Hunter Responsibilities
Hunters are responsible for:
Holding all required Ontario licences and tags
Following all applicable laws and regulations
Handling firearms and equipment safely
Following guide instructions at all times
Changes by Wild North Outfitters
In rare circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify hunt schedules, accommodations, or hunting locations when necessary for safety, weather, wildlife management, or operational reasons.
